  Presentation

  Step3 学习 young,old。

  让学生根据图片回忆上一单元所学的三个人的年龄。

  Do you remember how old they are?

  出示幻灯点击young和old 的比较级和最高级。

  提问:Who can read these words?

  指名读或者两两读。

  提问

  Who is younger than Ken?

  Who is the youngest?

  Who is older than Mocky?

  Who is the oldest?

  Step4学习small,big,thin,fat,long,heavy这几个形容词以及比较级和最高级。

  (教师创设Mocky测完身高、体重后来到动物园的情景。通过简笔画在黑板上创设动物园景象)

  1、运用简笔画板书一只老鼠,并提问

  Can you talk about the mouse?

  根据学生的回答出示small,thin,long三张形容词卡片,贴在黑板上。

  给回答正确并且声音洪亮的学生奖励贴画。

  2、运用简笔画板书一只熊猫,并让学生进行描述。

  What can you talk about the panda?

  根据回答出示 big,fat,heavy三张形容词卡片。

  3、对比两只动物,学习形容词比较级bigger,smaller,fatter,thinner,longer和heavier。

  What can you talk about the mouse and the panda?

  把形容词贴在相应的动物图案上。

  4、运用简笔画板书一只大象。

  Oh, look! The other animal is coming!

  What can you talk about these three animals?

  出示并学习形容词最高级the biggest / the smallest/ the fattest/ the thinnest/ the heaviest/ the longest

  出示最高级的单词卡片让学生试读,重点读small/ thin/ heavy这三个最高级的发音。

  Practice

  Step 5 Let's ask and answer.

  做示范:Which one is fatter than mouse?

  Which one is the fattest?

  巡视并对个别学生加以指导。

  展示:教师适时给予贴画奖励。

  教师小结。

  Step 6 Listening

  打开书做第52页的听力题。

  You can talk about the animals.

  Can you talk about Ken's family?

  放录音机,第一遍听,第二遍订正。

  Activity

  Making a physical check.(三人一组进行活动)

  You can talk about Ken's family. Can you talk about your height and weight?
