了解动物，保护动物，热爱大自然。

培养学生的观察力和认真细致的学习态度。
教学重、难点：
1、对课文中出现的最高级的理解。
2、对动物生活习性的了解少.
教学策略：
以动物话题为切入点，有目的地讨论，交流。
教学过程：
1、 Free talk: What animals do you like ? P: I like…（讨论）T：（陈列同学喜欢的动物）
2、 T: PPt引入：海底、陆地和天空。
向学生提出问题:
1）What animals are the biggest in the world?
2) What animals are the biggest in the sea?
3)What animals are the biggest in the land?
3、 1）请同学说出刚才看到的动物：tiger.elephant.horse.cangaroo.padan…引出新单词whale, blue whale ,dinosaur.
