(1)Gifts from China
把单词buy 写在黑板上。用汉语解释这个词的含义。给出几个含有buy 的例句。
I am at the shop 。I want to buy a cap 。
I buy a birthday gift for my mother ,
找学生读出这些句子,说明buy 在这里是一般现在时形式。
现在,用图片卡教授单词bought ,出示卡片,读出单词,让学生跟读。
到现在为止,学生应该很好的掌握了一般现在时和一般过去时。他们应该能很容易的理解这些概念。

教师:I want to go to the shop now .I want to find a gift for a friend .
学生:You want to buy a gift for your friend .

学生:Yes ,I understand .You bought the gift yesterday .
教师:This is correct .I was there in the past and I bought my friend the gift .
在讨论故事前,先介绍一些礼物和接受礼物时会用到的词汇和短语。

让学生看P62 part 1,以谈论图片开始。看学生能够获取什么信息,就每幅图能说些什么。谈论图片的时候,一定要强调那些动词,并让学生辨认它们是一般现在时还是一般过去时。
