Step2.lead-in
1、利用课件播放歌曲Do you like baseball? 师生一起表演。
2、利用课件,引导学生齐回答问题:
T: Look. Who’s he? Ss: He’s Yao Ming.
T: What’s he doing? Ss: He’s playing basketball.
T: Yes. He’s a basketball player. Do you like basketball?
Ss:Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. ... .
T: Do you like...? Ss:...
适时用眼神、手势鼓励学生个体参与回答,并给予口头表扬。
T:You like playing basketball,playing volleyball....They are your hobbies. Can you guess, what’s my hobbies?做吃的动作,Ss: eating
T: Yes. I like eating. But eating isn’t a hobby.
板书课题: Unit 7 I like eating.
The whole class do after teacher: “You’re my pencils.”
(设计意图:1.齐唱歌曲Do you like baseball? 让学生放松心情,活跃课堂气氛。2、谈论学生的爱好,设置情境,从而很自然地为本课后面的教学内容做好辅垫。)
Step3.Presentation
Today , we are going to learn some words about hobbies.
1、利用课件,展示看电视的图片,向学生提问,
T: What’s he doing? Ss: He’s watching TV.
T:Watching, watching, watching TV(Do actions)
Ss:Watching, watching, watching TV(Do actions)
T: Do you like watching TV? Ss:Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. ...
(教师板书)Do you like watching TV? Yes,I do. No, I don’t. I like... .
The whole class do after teacher: “You’re my pencils.”
2、用以上的方式学习: listening to music,playing video games,playing cards,making models, reading comic books,visiting my friend, riding my scooter 并向学生提问“Do you like ...?”当有学生回答,“No, I don’t.”时,追问学生“What do you like doing?”引导学生做出回答。教师板书:What do you like doing? I like ...
(设计意图:通过直观教学法,让学生迅速感知新单词的音、形、义,加深理解记忆。)
Step4. Practice
1、Listen to vocabulary and target, then do actions.
2、Sing the song: I like making models. (Students’ book page 38)
3、Listen again, read and do actions together.
4、Guessing game: Flash the cards quickly, have Ss say out the words and do the actions.
(设计意图:1、把Step2的分步教学法加以归纳、整理,让学生对所学的新知识有一个完整的认识。2、通过歌谣、拍打节奏,演唱,让学生快乐学英语。3、通过Guessing game 让学生在激烈的竞争中,高度集中精神,快速反应单词,)
5、同桌对话,自由选择以下句型:
Do you like ...? Yes,I do . No, I don’t. I like ... .
What do you like ? I like... .
6、请同学汇报。及时给予学生评价并让其他学生把所听到的对话复述出来。
(设计意图:提供两个句型给学生对话,学生可以选择自己会的句型来进行,这样就可以让各个层面的学生都参与课堂活动,利用对话表演的形式,激励学生认真练习对话,能充分调动学生的学习热情。)
7、 Follow-up
(一)在课件上出示练习题,让学生抢答,并读出来。
1、A: I like eating. What do you like ?
B: I like (图片 visiting my friend, watching TV, riding my scooter.)
2、Do you like (图片playing video games , making models, reading comic books.)
Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
(二)打开书本,第38页,看图完成句子。
(设计意图:回归课本做一做习题,由动到静,符合小学生的学习特点,促进他们的英语学习能力。)
Step5.Homework
1、熟读本节课的句子和单词,并且能背出来。
2、做个小调查,询问好朋友的喜好。
