教师板书thousand 并强调th要吐舌头。
教师通过电脑多媒体进行数字的趣味操练,尤其重点强调千和百的读法。

教师出示一本书。上有标价5元。
T: I’ve got a book. How much is it?
Ss: It’s 5 yuan.
T: Is it cheap?
Ss: Yes, it is.
T: This book is cheap. It costs 5 yuan.
(板书costs并说明后面的s是因为主语是it所以才加上的)
Step 5
Listen to the tape with the following questions:\
Which pens does the boy buy?
How much are they?
听完录音后找出问题答案。
然后打开书跟读,强调模仿。
Step 6
电脑屏幕上出示几幅图片,上面有几样商品,大小颜色不等,价钱也各异。
T: Now you are in a shop. What is cheap/expensive? What are the goods like? How much are they?If you buy, which one will you choose?
学生小组讨论,并把句子写下来。教师进行评比, 并渗透德育,培养学生勤俭朴素的意识。

T: Now I’m a customer, you are the shop keeper. Describe the goods and sell them to me.

(学生拿出自己所带的物品,向老师用英语介绍商品的属性和价格并竭力推荐自己的商品。)
