  The word should be grasped: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurday, Friday, Saturday, a calendar, today, tomorrow, a football game, a candle.

  Understanding words: three, tree, bee, see, weep, sweep, sweet, feet.

  Sounds:

  Know the ee-’s sound in the words.

  How to write: today and tomorrow.

  Period 1

  Basic aims of this lesson:

  understand and say the new words “Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurday, Friday, Saturday, a calendar, today, tomorrow, a football game, a candle”

  retell the Part A.

  can say “Today is Wednesday / Friday / Saturday.”

  Teaching difficulties:

  Grasp the four-skill words.

  Can describe “Today is Wednesday / Friday / Saturday.”

  Teaching aids:

  Type-recorder, words cards , a calendar, a candle, a birthday cake.
