Unit 2 Jenny’s Birthday
一、教育目标:
1.培养学生具有文明礼仪的好习惯和同伴间和谐相处,善于交际的能力。
2.通过参与活动,了解西方文化习俗与中西方文化之间的差异。
二、知识目标:
(一)基础目标:
1.学习本单元单词guest, arrive at/ in, parcel, rack, disc, blow, stop, around
2.掌握现在进行时与一般将来时的句型结构与功能,并能进行比较。
3.听说和阅读理解Grand Theatre中语言材料,并能模仿课文内容和课文话题讲讲自己的话题。
4.掌握元音音标/ e /, / /。
5.朗读Rhyme, 语音、语调、节奏基本正确。
(二)发展目标
1.通过本单元句型操练,能灵活运用一般将来时与现在进行时。
2.能根据所给话题,简单写写自己的想法。
三、能力目标:能用两种或两种以上的时态讲讲自己所参加的活动。
四、情感、策略和文化等目标:
1.情感态度:教育学生热情友善,文明礼貌。
2.学习策略:寻找语言与情感的结合点,让学生有话可说,有话会说。
3.文化目标:让学生了解中西方文化之间的差异。
五、教学资源:
Student’s Book 5B P8—14, Cassette 5B Unit 2, Student’s Work Book 5B P10—P17, Pictures of words, Teaching transparencies.
六、教学时间:七课时。(其中5课时新授,2课时练习和复习,练习册随教学进度完成。)
Lesson Plan (1) : Wonderland
1. Pre-task preparation:
1. Read the rhyme together.
2. Ask the students to talk about the Spring Festival. Offer some help if they need.
(e.g. What did you do in the Spring Festival? Where did you go in Spring Festival? How did you feel in Spring Festival? Did you got a red packet? How much money? How did you spend the money?)
3. Students make a short dialogue in groups and then act in front of the class.
II. While –task procedure:
1. Maybe there were many people in your home during the Spring Festival. Who did you invite during the Spring Festival? (To elicit: guest)
2. When did they arrive at your house? (To elicit: arrive at =get to )
