B. Pre-task
1.出示单词图片sofa, lamp, table, bed,
cupboard, wardrobe, TV 认读有关家具电器的单词。

Play a TPR game “Listen and point”
Ask some student to come to the blackboard, listen to the teacher’s sequence and point to the correct pictures.

Play a memory game.
a.
put some pictures of the words about furniture on the blackboard and number them

say the numbers and lead the students to say the corresponding words
c.
when the students have got familiar with the words, add more pictures
d.
randomly remove the pictures, ask the students to say the words of the missing pictures
4.Name the object on the stickers. Then put the stickers in the suitable places.
Some furniture and things are commonly associated with particular rooms. Let the students say what do they see in these rooms, then stick pictures of items into them: TV and sofa in the living-room; wardrobe, lamp, table and bed in the bedroom; fridge in the kitchen. (Do not penalize plausible varities and deviations if some stickers are placed in the rooms different from those the commentary. e.g. TV in the bedroom; table in the living room; lamp in the living room; table in the kitchen.)
C. While-task
1.四人小组谈论厨房,客厅,卧室各有什么家具电器,然后用英语说出来。Use “Where is the …”sentence.
D. Post-task and Check
Walk around and check how well the students say.
E. Homework
1. 抄写活动手册上的新单词。
