Step1 Class Opening and Review
Greeting
1. Free talk:What do you eat for breakfast?Do you like to eat…?
Show some food by flashcard. Let the students discuss which food is bad for us .Ask them “which food do you usually eat ?”
2.Revise: What’s your favourite fruit ? ( part 3 )
Show some pictrures and read .

T:This good food is good for your healthy.
设计思路:利用自由谈话激起学生对旧知的回忆,引导至主题healthy。既活跃了气氛,又温故知新,为下一步教学作好铺垫。
Step 2 .New Concepts
T:Do you want to be healthy?
Ss: Yes.
T:A healthy body has healthy bones,muscles and skin.Today we are going to learn Lesson11:This is good for you!We will to learn how to be healthy.
1) Look at this picture.What is it?
Ss: It’s a bone.
Read it many times.Pass the bone and say one by one.
Spell the “bone”: “b-one”(六一节我啃了一个大骨头。)
T:What are these?
Ss: bones.
T:Do you know how many bones are in your body?
Ss: …
T: Two hundred and six bones in your body.
T:A healthy body has strong bones.
2) T(Show a man’s picture):Please look at this picture.Is he strong?(Yes.)What is it?
T:It is a muscle.
Do action and say the word by two lines.
Spell the word : mu-sc-l-e.
T:What are these?
Ss: They are muscles.
T:A healthy body has strong bones and muscles.
3) T(Show a picture of skin.):Please look at this picture. What is it?
First read these words(ski,skate,in)What is skin?(Show your skin.)This is skin.
Ss:Skin.
T:Healthy skin is clean skin or dirty skin?
Ss:Clean skin.
设计思路:利用图片与实物辅助教学,形象生动,学生易于理解,突出本节重点:bone,muscle和skin。另外单词ski与字母n的组合成skin引导学生体会字母发音规律,帮助学习新授单词。
