二、Presentation
1、Show the ball and say:Look,this is a ball.I will throw it.Who can catchthe ball?教师随便抛出球给一个学生,如果学生接得好就说:“You can catch the ball well”不好则说:“ You catch the ball badly”并教会学生评价自己刚才接球的表现。“I can catch the ball well”或“I catch the ball badly”引出教授新单词“catch,well ,badly”
2、在学生中传球,让他们把一球一个抛给另一个传。如果接得好,老师就表扬“Oh!He/She can catch the ball well.”如果不好,就说:“ He/She can catch the ball badly.”
3、教师出示图片介绍姚明引入新单词的学习:Yao ming is good at basketball.He's a fantastic basketball player.He can control the ball well.He can jump really high.引出并教授新单词:fantastic,control,really
操练以下句子:You/I/He/She catch the ball well/badly
(1)、Listen to the teachers and learn the new words.
(2)、Make sentence when learn the new words.
创设情境让学生在情境中学习单词和重点免句型。
三、Learn the text
1、Shwo the picture of the text. Then play the cassette,let the students losten to the tape and rty to understand the dialgue.
2、Please ansuer these questions.
(1)Can LingLing run fast?
(2)Can LingLing control the ball?
(3)Can LingLing jump high?
(4)Can LingLing can catch the ball well
3、Monitor the class and give some help.
4、Play the cassette again and let the students listen and read the text.
5、Let the students read the text in pairs.
让学生整体感知课文。老师提出问题,学生有目的快速阅读文本,培养学生迅速找出信息的阅读能力。大声朗读文本,培养语音语调。
四、Pradice
1、让学生以小组为单位,用“ I can…well/badly”来表达做得好或不好的运动,完成。(体育项目的调查表见附表)。
2、教师先示范。
用英语做表格调查能培养学用英语解决题的能力,强调做中学,做中用。通过调查、评选出优秀的运动员,这样学生能在较真实的环境中运用语言。
五、Homework and summary
1、教师总结本课学习内容。
2、教师布置作业,并总结评价。
学生在教师的引导下总结本课学习的内容。
将课堂教学有效延伸到课外,给学生提供练习所学内容的机会,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
